Hi I'm Eric Kopec, here's a little bit of my work history so you have a better idea who I am. I began my career at age 20 when I attended a heavy machinery operation and safety school in Wisconsin. From there I began doing all things excavation. Basements, septics, driveways, and yard grading, to name a few. After about four years of this the company I was with switched over to full time landscaping. Over the next ten years I used my excavation skills and fine tuned them to become a very detailed landscaper. Then in 2013 I made the decision to make the steps to running my own company, and have been blessed ever since.
Growing up, my dad always said, "If you're going to do a job do the best you can." I have always followed this mentality, and went a step further with my new motto, "Quality fit for my yard or it's not constructed in yours." By this I mean I am always looking out for my customers, like how I would want to be treated by a contractor. This should be obvious when you meet me, I hope.
I am married to a very supported wife and we have five spirited children. They can hardly wait to help out dad in the field...... We'll see how they feel when they get older. LoL
Lastly, If you're wondering how I came up with the company name, here's how. A tornado topped most of the trees in my backyard of 40 acres. Because of the mess we decided to clear out 5 acres and grow grapes. When clearing we came across a nice oak tree and decided to leave it. There it sits a lone oak amid the grape vines. One day looking out over the field the name came to me and well...
